Do you know there is finally a glimmer of hope in the Kurmin Wali community as we welcome home eighty of our neighbors who narrowly escaped the recent attack in Kajuru. After two weeks of seeking refuge in nearby villages, their return brings a small but much needed sense of relief to their families and the entire community.
While we celebrate those who have safely returned, our hearts remain heavy for the eighty six worshippers still held in captivity. The silence they left behind is a constant reminder of the work that remains, and families are fervently calling on security agencies to intensify operations and bring their loved ones home. Let’s keep this community in our thoughts and stay loud in our support for their safe return.
